  1. Ed Wirkowski says:

    It’s good to see that Ryan Long was added to the list as Offensive lineman. He had a great year and was an asset to the team

  2. Glenn Mitchell says:

    Hey Brian, how many of Bragalone’s games were you at? I saw all twelve and I can assure you he only played in the fourth quarter in 6 or 7 games including two against Southern. Who had the better game against Bloom? Bragalone had 225 and 3 tds. There were several games where Bragalone had fewer than 20 touches. In fact against Montgomery he only had 8 and still managed 7 tds. What were Fuedales stats against the red raiders, or did coach Roth hold Fuedale out of that game entirely so he would’nt have inflated stats?

  3. Mike says:

    Really not sure how the Klingerman quarterback from bloom hasn’t gotten it when he has been the quarterback of back to back receivers to have gotten it.

  4. RevTweak says:

    @Dawgs

    I can vouch for his ability as well. I remember watching Donte Simmons when they played Dunmore last year – and he was good then. With another year under his belt, having not seen him play this year, I can only assume he must’ve been even better this year.

    The only thing I could say though is that all the other running backs deserve to be there as well. There are lots of players all over the state who have worked just as hard and played just as well, unfortunately, when making a list like this, you can only choose so many.

    But the lessons that were learned, the honor that was gained, and the brotherhoods that were formed for all the players, all over the state – on this list and for those who are not, are things that they will all carry with them throughout the rest of their lives. That is the true reward. Congratulations to you all.

  5. Brian says:

    What a joke to not have Adam Fuedale on this list and yet Bragalone is on the list. I know Bragalone is a great kid and good player but many games he was in against other teams 3rd stringers. There were times his coach took starters out and then brought them back in. His numbers are so ridiculously inflated. If Fuedale played 4 quarters in blowouts like he did Fuedale would have even better numbers. It’s a damn shame that a Senior who played 2 quarters and racked up those stats got left off but a a kid who isn’t a senior that was kept in blowout games does. I usually don’t comment because there are so many players to choose from but this is just terrible.

  6. Dawgs says:

    I understand District 1 isn’t the most favorable district in class A, but how did Donte Simmons from Bristol not make the list? From reading the newspapers, the kid has over 4,000 yrds as a junior and has broken the schools rushing record. Bias???
