Position(s): RB/SS/OLB

Years with Varsity: 3

Starting experience: This will be his third year starting on defense at the linebacker position. He played some offense last year.

2013 Stats: On defense he had ten sacks and one interception.

Honors: 2nd Team All-Inter-Ac at LB

 

Coaches Q&A with Aaron Brady:

Q. Will he play on offense this year?

A. He’s a very talented kid and we’re going to use him on offense because he’s such a weapon with his speed and size.

We’re planning on playing him at running back and some slot. He will get some carries for us and we will try to get him the ball in the slot position too.

 

Q. What are his strengths on defense?

A. He’s our leader on defense. He’s a great leader on defense and always pumps up the other kids. He can run and is a physical kid.

He’s a great tackler and makes plays on defense. He really has a quick step and gets at players very quickly.

 

Q. What kind of a leader is he?

A. He has blossomed into a leader on our team on defense. He’s a lead by example type of guy.

 

College offers: As of 7/4, he has offers from Bryant, Buffalo, Colgate, Fordham, James Madison, Ohio and Rhode Island
