District 4 Talk Week 11

Selinsgrove

Selinsgrove scored four touchdowns in the first quarter on their way to a 42-0 win over Montoursville at Memorial Stadium.

Cory Briggs finished the game completing 7 of 9 passes for 115 yards and three touchdowns. He also rushed for one score.

Ryan Keiser caught three passes for 68 yards.

Williamsport

Running back Drae Lewis led Williamsport to an easy win over Tunkhannock 27-6.

Williamsport improved to 7-3 with the win. They can look ahead to the District 2-4-11 Class AAAA playoffs.

Lewis rushed for 306 yards on 33 carries and two scores.

Hughesville

Hughesville ran past Muncy 47-14. The Spartans clinched the second seed in the District 4 Class AA playoffs.

Hughesville ran for 413 yards. They averaged 7.8 yards a carry.

Robert Hodgson rushed for 166 yards and a touchdown. Cody Butler also ran for 202 yards and a pair of touchdowns.

The Spartans jumped out to a 27-0 lead. DJ Foresman threw a 6-yard touchdown pass to Bryce Pardoe. Ethan Showers ran for a six-yard score and a two-yard run. Butler had the first of his scoring runs.
