Air Assault Receivers Camp Quakertown, PA (Ages 13 and Up)

When: June 21-23 (24 Rain Date) 6:00-8:00pm

Where: Quakertown High School Athletic Fields

Cost:  $150

Athletes participating in our Air Assault Camp will work on:

Route running, hand eye coordination, and ball skills
Release techniques for zone and press coverage
Stance and starts
Route running and adjustment
Receiver specific speed, agility, and reaction training

When:  June 28-30 (July 1 Rain Date) 6:00-8:00pm

Where: Parkside Ballfield, Phillipsburg, NJ

Cost:  $150

Athletes participating in our Air Assault Camp will work on:

Route running, hand eye coordination, and ball skills
Release techniques for zone and press coverage

Route running and adjustment
Receiver specific speed, agility, and reaction training

FASST Elite Summer Training

When:  June 14-August 13th  2010

Times:  Mon-Thurs 4:00-5:00pm, 5:00-6:00pm, 7:00-8:00pm and Friday
9:00-10:00am, 10:00-11:00am, 11:00am-12:00pm

Where: FASST Performance

Cost:  2 x per week= $350    3 x per week = $425

Athletes participating in this training will develop:

Specialized speed and strength instruction for fall sports
Energy System Training
Footwork & Agility
Jumping Technique and Plyometrics
Balance and Hand Eye Coordination Drills
