District 2 Talk Week 11 09

Lakeland recovered the kickoff and scored a touchdown as part of a three touchdown second quarter en route to a 26-21 win over Wilkes-Barre GAR.
Ryan Kiehart rushed for 97 yards and passed for 78 yards.
Al Tuzze rushed for 76 yards on 20 carries and three touchdowns.
Lakeland plays Dunmore.
Dunmore
Dunmore used a strong second half by running 22 plays inside Mid-Valley territory and forcing three turnovers as the Bucks pulled away 34-6 in the District 2 Class 2A semifinal game.
Running back Michael Perry rushed for 162 yards on 28 carries.
Dunmore had 245 yards rushing and 292 total yards.
Dunmore hosts Lakeland.
Abington Heights
Abington Heights dominated Berwick Area 53-19 in a District 2 Class AAA semifinal game at Comets Stadium.
Running back Paul Gallagher rushed for 189 yards on 19 carries and three touchdowns. James Fruehan added 83 yards on 5 carries and two touchdowns.
Abington Heights rushed for 320 yards and had 379 total yards of offense.
Abington Heights hosts Dallas in a District 2 Class AAA final game.
Northwest Area
Running back Bret Rutkoski and quarterback Jeff Moss combined for six touchdowns in the District 2 Class A championship game with a 43-0 win over Wilkes-Barre Meyers.
Rutkoski rushed for 164 yards on 19 carries and four touchdowns. Jeff Moss added 109 yards rushing on nine carries.
Moss completed 9 of 15 passes and 119 yards.
Northwest Area had 426 total yards of offense.
Northwest Area will play defending champions Riverside.
